Mind, Dharma and Grief Recovery.



God did not dumb human beings to this world to suffer. Actually God send us into this world as highly interconnected beings, in order to enjoy happiness, which we are unable to perceive and are not aware of. Healing happens when we are connected to God..

We are here in this world to do dharma and enjoy the fruit of happiness delivered by dharma.

Dharma is any action where both giver and receiver are happy. Means dharma happens only when others connected to our actions are happy because of our actions to enjoy happiness.

Therefore it is the responsibility of every human being to help each other. The best ways to do dharma is
  1. By praying for others in our mind
  2. By giving gratitude to others in our mind
  3. By blessing others in our mind.
If we pray for ourselves, it is begging as we are only trying to pull something without giving out anything which contradicts law of karma.

Law of karma states that, we receive what we give in one form or another form

Thoughts
Thoughts are energy, thoughts do not belong to us and we receive thoughts by giving our intend consciously or subconsciously.
Most of the time we receive our thoughts as per our subconscious intend, which we call as habbit.
If we correct our mind consciously for a certain period for receiving good thoughts, mind will adapt to receiving good thoughts as desired by us and then subconsciously we give intend for good thoughts and start receiving good thoughts. Here habit is changed from bad thoughts to good thoughts thereby becoming a good person. Good thoughts can only lead us to good things in life.

How mind operates?
Our mind is always trying to give happiness to us irrespective of the result which can be bad or good for us. Please understand thoughts are energy.

In order to understand our mind, we focus on the following 2 cases.

In both cases 1 and 2, the mind makes us happy. This is the real fun.
Mind does it's job perfectly by making us happy irrespective of the result whether it is good or bad.

Case 1
A person likes others happiness and therefore his/her mind focuses on others happiness always and shows him/her mainly good things happening to others and skip most cases where others are unhappy. So he/she experiences happiness in his/her mind most of the time which is dharma. This results in he/she always thinking and wishing good for others and self which is again dharma. When he/she experiences dharma, he/she is giving out dharma and therefore they receive dharma back as per law of karma. We can confirm that this person is good and therefore he/she gets back good things always in his/her life and enjoys happiness. This person is happy deep inside and outside, which is dharma repeated again and again as a cycle. This is what needs to be our life as per god's design and therefore this life is good. Once more than 50% people on earth falls under this case, this world will become heaven in no time.
Therefore when we are cheerful, contented, delighted, ecstatic, elated, glad, joyful, joyous etc. which gives happiness to self and others, we are doing dharma.

Case 2
A person likes others unhappiness and therefore his/her mind focuses on others unhappiness always and shows him/her mainly bad things happening to others and skip most cases where others are happy. So he/she experiences unhappiness in his/her mind most of the time which is adharma (not dharma). This results in he/she always thinking and wishing bad for others and self which is again adharma. When he/she experiences adharma, he/she is giving out adharma and therefore they receive adharma back as per law of karma. We can confirm that this person is bad and therefore he/she gets back bad things always in his/her life and suffers unhappiness. This person is happy deep inside while suffering unhappiness. Therefore he/she need to suffer in his life for him/her to be happy inside, which is adharma repeated again and again as a vicious cycle. This is what needs to be avoided in our life as per god's design and therefore this life is bad. As more than 50% people on earth falls under this case, most people in this world are suffering now. People need to constantly watch his/her own mind so that he/she is aware of the quality of thoughts received by his/her mind and then consciously correct their bad thoughts by giving auto suggestions like
I need only good thoughts”
I am happy only when others are happy”
I need to see only others happiness”
God bless everybody” etc. etc.
If any bad thoughts are received by our mind, we need to say sorry in our mind to our mind so that our mind immediately understands that this person is only interested in the good of others and self. Repeat this until your mind becomes good and you become a good person as designed by god,

One mind can only be corrected by the same mind. Means we can correct only our mind and we have no right to correct others mind, but we can only explain the truth logically so that others correct their minds based on their logic. In order to explain truth to others, first we need to have a good mind as explained in case1.


Going by case2, we can confirm that all synonyms of grief like bereavement, sadness, sorrow, pain, heartache, depression, despair, discomfort, misery etc. are all adharmas and therefore need to be avoided to the maximum extent possible. Do not recall all these feelings again and again as this will only give back more of what you think and feel as per law of karma.

If any bad thoughts comes to you, you immediately divert your thoughts by thinking some good things happened or you need to happen in your life.


Never oppose any bad thoughts as opposing bad thoughts will give those thoughts more power and it will give more bad thoughts back to you.

Sharing Grief
What happens when we share grief?
Type 1
If a second person give an intend to share wholeheartedly the grief of first person. The second person receives the grief of the first person and experiences the grief. Here instead of the first person experience his/her grief, the second person experiences it. Only a transfer of grief happened. Grief is not removed. There is no dharma here as the second person is experiencing grief and therefore not happy.

In dharma, both the giver and receiver need to be happy.
Type 2
In most cases, immediately after the second person absorbs the grief and the first person is free from grief, the first person recalls the incident which caused the grief and creates the full original amount of grief back. So here both persons are suffering from grief therefore adharma and a totally useless suffering for the second person

Type 3
The second person is happy deep inside that one more person is suffering grief.
As the second person is acting instead of sharing the first persons grief wholeheartedly, no sharing of grief happens and there is no reduction in the level of grief in the first person. The first person may think that his/her grief is shared by another person and may perceive a little reduction in the level of grief even though no reduction in grief happened to the first person. This kind of illusion happens in most cases of grief sharing.

How to remove grief?
Mainly there are 2 effective ways of removing grief.

Option 1
Get the grief healed by a genuine healer. Here the healer connects the grieving person to god allowing god to remove the grief as we are normally disconnected from god and a genuine healer is required to provide connection to god.
